As Managing Director of Cambridge University Health Partners (CUHP), Araminta brings academic and clinical partners together with industry to ensure our life sciences ecosystem remains a globally competitive destination for talent and investment. 

Araminta has held a variety of management roles, including strategic research initiatives with the University of Cambridge, and pre-commercial marketing and site development on behalf of Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Now with CUHP, she has responsibility for strategy, operations, and policy development. Araminta is also a Business Board member for the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority, supporting innovation, talent and economic growth for the life sciences sector. 

Araminta has a background in academic research, including a PhD in Chemistry and an NIHR Fellowship in cancer research; she has run clinical trials and worked within a start-up to develop novel MRI technology.
